Pricing & Process
Builds start at a $950 base setup, then you add only the features you need. Typical projects land around three levels: Starter from $950, Professional from $1,800+, and Enterprise from $6,000+, depending on selected features and scope. Every project is scoped individually. If cash flow is tight, we also offer a startup plan: 6 months with a flat 5% financing uplift on the build total. See the live configurator at /pricing.
Starter builds typically take 14–21 days. Professional builds take 21–30 days. Enterprise builds take 30–45 days. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide content (text, photos, brand assets) and respond to revision rounds.
Yes — fully. You own every line of code. We deliver the complete source code and you can host it anywhere, hand it to any developer, or modify it yourself. There are no licensing fees, no platform lock-in, and no recurring costs tied to us unless you choose a monthly maintenance package.
Starter is a clean, fast web presence: contact form, gallery, testimonials, SEO, and Google Maps. Professional adds dynamic features like interactive menus, class/appointment scheduling, staff profiles, and membership pricing pages. Enterprise adds the full business platform: Stripe payments, online booking with real-time calendar, before/after galleries, video backgrounds, WhatsApp chat, and bilingual support.
Technical
No. We build with Next.js and custom CSS — the same technology stack used by enterprise companies. This gives you faster load times, better SEO scores, stronger security, and code you actually own. WordPress and Webflow sites frequently have performance and security issues that hurt rankings.
Our sites average 95+ on Google Lighthouse. Most load in under 1.5 seconds on mobile. Fast sites rank higher in Google and convert more visitors because people don't wait. We optimize images as WebP/AVIF, lazy-load below-the-fold content, and minimize JavaScript.
Yes. We deploy to your existing domain (or help you purchase one). We handle DNS setup and SSL certificate configuration as part of the build. If you're coming from an existing site, we can do a clean cutover with minimal downtime.
If you choose a monthly maintenance package, we handle hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and content updates. If you go self-hosted, we deliver clean deployment instructions. Your site runs on Vercel (free tier is generous) or any Node.js-compatible host.
Maintenance
Essential ($79/mo): hosting, SSL, monthly backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and email support. Growth ($149/mo): everything in Essential plus SEO monitoring/reporting, monthly content updates, analytics dashboard, and priority support. Premium ($349/mo): everything in Growth plus weekly content updates, A/B testing support, advanced KPI tracking, phone support, and ongoing custom feature support.
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you cancel, you keep your site and code — we'll help you transition to self-hosting.
If you're on a maintenance package, we fix it — same business day for Growth and Premium clients, within 2 business days for Essential. If you're self-hosted and not on a package, we offer one-time incident support billed at an hourly rate.
Yes. We offer one-time development hours for clients who want to self-host or already have a developer. This is useful for feature additions, bug fixes after the warranty period, or new page builds. Contact us for a rate.
