How to Build an Auto Detailing Website That Actually Books Jobs

List what is included in each package, the approximate time, and a starting price. Add a note that pricing varies by vehicle size and condition. This gives the customer enough information to self-qualify and pick the right package before they contact you.
Online Booking
The fewer steps between "I want my car detailed" and "It is scheduled," the more bookings you get. An online booking widget that lets customers pick a service, choose a date and time, and submit their info is a game changer.
You do not need to build a custom scheduling system. Integrations with Square Appointments, Calendly, or Acuity work perfectly for solo detailers and small shops. Embed the widget directly on your services page so the customer never leaves your site.

- Phone number in the header that opens the dialer on tap
- Booking button that stays visible while scrolling
- Images that resize properly without requiring horizontal scrolling
- Form fields that are large enough to tap without zooming
- Text that is readable without pinching
Test your site on an actual phone, not just the responsive mode in your browser. Load times matter even more on mobile — a site that loads in 4 seconds on desktop might take 6 or more seconds on a phone with a spotty cellular connection.
